◈ The institute email-id for the new students joined in Semester 2023-2024 AUTUMN has been created.
◈ Internet Access Authentication i.e. captive portal authentication is enabled and rolling out in phase wise manner. Any queries related to it, please send mail to CIC helpdesk (helpdesk[at]cc.iitkgp.ac.in).
◈ Capacity of meghamala extended with more resource addition.
◈ Proxy service to access the Internet has been withdrawn. The procedure for removing proxy from the browsers is available under Faqs (Network).
◈ CIC Software Repository has been changed from 144.16.192.212 to 10.3.100.212
◈ eduroam (a global wifi authentication service for educational institutes) is enabled and rolled out.
