What is CIC helpdesk and how can you contact it?

CIC helpdesk is the single point of contact for registering complains or reporting problems to CIC or for asking for any help/service requests from CIC regarding institute network, mail, software access etc. CIC helpdesk can be contacted at the email helpdesk[at]cc.iitkgp.ac.in or by calling 03222-282391 (82391 from institute phones)

◈ The institute email-id for the new students joined in Semester 2023-2024 AUTUMN has been created.
